Probably needs a confidence manager who puts his arm round him like Poch. Spurs have been a mess. Maybe even a change of scenery as to comfortable at a club he’s been at a long time now. Also confused why he’s a ‘dickhead’ any more than Shane Duffy has been in the past ?
