The number people moaning about kickoff times, lack of train, tubes etc can't have helped. I wonder how many people sent Paul Barber strongly worded emails telling him that nobody would be buying tickets, and it's all his fault. Skip forward a few days...
Almost certainly because Spurs will require payment for all blocks released, so we don't want to release blocks if we aren't likely to sell them all. It's hardly the first time this has happened. I don't understand the surprise. What I can agree with, why are they 'saving' the best block...
I wonder how many people have tickets in their basket (as I do) waiting for 'better' blocks to come online.
Is there a limit as to how long I can keep a pair of tickets without buying them?
