How utterly, utterly predictable. I cashed out my usual AFCON under 1.5 goals at half-time for a decent profit, on the off-chance somebody might be given a map of the route to goal at half-time.
At the point where I cashed out my profit, at 70 minutes, there were 2 red cards and 1 goal. They scored a second goal at the death. You're right though, another game with as many red cards as goals.
I posted this about the Guinea v Gambia match:-
"Betting under 2 goals is still free money...
Another game with more red cards than goals and another profit banked on the under 1.5 goals market. Cape Verde now down to 9 with the keeper red carded. Maybe Senegal will manage a goal?
Betting under 2 goals is still free money. More red cards than goals in the latest one.
I wouldn't follow this advice for the keeper-less Comoros game though.
2 minutes into the Ivory Coast match SEGW "anticipates" a tackle in the area and hits the deck. Immediately realises the tackle never came so gets up rapidly and sprints away from the scene of the crime.
That is how long is left. It's the last 3 to 5 minutes that is left, not the first 3 to 5, so that's how they will play it. Mali will take it into the corner as much as possible, exactly what they would have done yesterday.
He blew for time at 85 minutes but then restarted and played up to 89 minutes 30 seconds. The official decision was that 3 minutes added time should have been played. Yes, much tooo short but they could have played 33 minutes added time and there wouldn't have been another goal unless the ref...
The match was delayed because of the fiasco in the Mali match where the ref blew for full-time several minutes early and the tournament organisers were attempting to get the teams back out to play the remaining 3 minutes. Tunisia refused to come back out.
