Yeah I got that last night. Was happily watching SSN and then around 9.30 the box just turned itself off. I won't be home till late tonight, so hopefully they will have rectified the fault. Although I'm not holding my breath!

My service went down last night (BN3) only left me with 3 channels and an error code on tv. Still hadn't rectified itself this mjorning.
