Ahh that's seriously frustrating as I'm in the middle of switching to Avro Energy with the switch meant to go through on 1st Oct. Does anyone have any advice on my next steps? I have no idea if my switch will be cancelled or if I will be shipped over to whoever will be taking over Avro's customers.
