The email sent to give you the Watford tickets download included an option for those with no smartphone. Vaccine passports are available on paper. Alternatively you can login to the NHS app on someone else's device, download the pass onto pdf and forward that so it can be printed.

We had to show ID for City. No idea if everyone did but U18s were not exempt where we entered.
Might be worth checking with the club about these rules though? If there's enough concern about how this works for the youngest and oldest supporters it might help shape policy?
Only in the North Stand.
Everywhere else had the option to get a print at home ticket. As usual they were very hit and miss. Two of our four person party had to get reprints as they didn't scan.
So IF the phone tickets scan properly they will be a lot more efficient than a print at home ticket...
On a serious note, the ticket confirmation page for Getafe (at least for me) seems to have the Man City ground rules info still on it. Photo ID required and masks to be worn at all times everywhere.
It looked to me like it hadn't been updated since it referred to the old government guidelines...
