That's how to add the NHS Covid Pass ... which isn't what Weststander asked. The question was about adding confirmation of a lateral flow test to the Apple Wallet .... which I don't think is possible.

Apologies for the confusion ... I guess we need to wait and see what the club say they need. If they do go down the route of needing to evidence being vaccinated, they will need to have a process in place for people without smart phones. It's possible to print off a version and you can also...
