    [Albion] Neal Maupay...SIGNED FOR EVERTON.

Can't see this being a good for Neal. Scrapping at the bottom of Serie A won't be his dream move. I'm sure there will be better offers around for him. £15m is a bargain for a 26 year old premier league striker, even if there is just 1 year on his contract.

Only Brighton fans that think that. He is pretty much universally despised by the other premier league fans (Brentford excepted) Only makes me love him more tbh.

Yeah this! GP's man-management at work here.

He's improved this season, no doubt. It's almost as if buying potential and appointing a manager adept in developing players, actually works! Who'd have thunk it.

    [Albion] Neal Maupay...SIGNED FOR EVERTON.

In the last couple of interviews he has mentioned that there is more to his game than just goals. GP has clearly been working on his mentality and it is paying dividends.

It's entirely possible that I am just being totally reactionary about Maupay. But in my view his problem is not with failing to complete passes, more he (seems to) frequently delay the pass, or play the ball slightly behind the attacking player. Sure he completes the pass, but it doesn't stop...

I'm not a big fan of his tbh. But what did Wellbeck do? Neither performed well tonight.
