100% agreed, he has cut those lapses in concentration out, last season I felt he could make a mistake at any moment. This season, literally the least of my concerns.

Last season, I didn’t think he was worth 5% of that. This season, he’s my player of the season so far. Absolute quality, calm, good touch, reads the game well and can run with the ball. Dare I saw Webster could get a call up before Dunk?

Fantastic win for the boys and Potter, absolutely massive 3 points. Attitude of the players since the Wolves game. Faith in Potter being restored after the last 3 games.

Veltman and Webster have had a fantastic game so far. Webster is my POTS so far, massively improved from last season.

Commentators in the NBCSN stream said Trossard was our best player on the pitch and a “real” threat....

Must be applying those training drills where you’re not allowed to shoot until you’ve made > x passes...to an actual game.

Well, they only needed to watch the Arsenal game to figure that out.

But Big Dan Burn is the outlet for Sanchez’s long balls as we were told

I’d have thought Gross is the pivot, he has a great range of passing. Break Leeds attack, forwards surge ahead and Gross pings balls to them. Makes sense to me.

Good time for the change, really need his presence to break their play up.

It’s funny, because he’s so smug, he doesn’t acknowledge when people critical of Potter praise him. What he does is use this as the gold standard.

If Bielsa is the professor and the tactician he is made out to be, then they’ll man mark Burn more surely? Removing him throws them off.

Absolutely agreed. We’re still playing some lovely stuff while playing in a more simplified way. The win would be massive for confidence and West Brom winning.

The most obvious tactical change from our POV. Burn off for Biss, White drops back to CB and then Biss works his magic. Tau to bring the energy on the counter.

Yeeesss, my main criticism of Potter and our side this season is how we seem to want to over complicate things. This has been a real back to basics and doing them well. We are recycling the ball well and getting back into the triangles that served us well at the beginning of last season...

Potter back in dapper, and another good performance. He’s cracked it, it ain’t his team selection or tactics. It’s his outfits..
