[Football] Chris Hughton: 'It’s a good feeling to be the manager of a big club'

But to be fair - Hughton did have 56 games or something, and a win rate of 25%. There was no sign of improvement

[Football] Chris Hughton: 'It’s a good feeling to be the manager of a big club'

I still don’t understand why Hughton took the job. Given all the talk of waiting for the right job etc. I said this a few weeks ago - Forest have been a basket case for years, there was no suggestion anything was going to change. The average tenure of a Forest manager is the last 10 years isn’t...

[Football] Chris Hughton: 'It’s a good feeling to be the manager of a big club'

Be interesting to know where they go next but sadly looks like Chris is gone. There’s no way the Forest squad is that bad how the form suggests - either over the last 40 odd games or this season

No I don't think so. Harry Wilson was signed before then any way

Back at Fulham - but not part of their first team plans

[Football] Chris Hughton: 'It’s a good feeling to be the manager of a big club'

I think Murray is bit of a stretch - maybe even Knockaert. Lets be honest Forest poor form continued while they were both there. I don't think Hughton has a lot to work with, but they certainly shouldn't be bottom of the Championship and Hughton has to carry the blame for that.

[Football] Chris Hughton: 'It’s a good feeling to be the manager of a big club'

He's had a full season of games at Forest now and his record is pretty poor. Last season only Derby County scored less than them. I still insist it is a basket case club and he should have known better. He's been undermined by the board (Bong was told he was surplus to requirement, only for...

Really ? What’s that got to do with Hughton ? And Bournemouth , Sheff Utd hardly benefiting

Not sure I’d agree. Hyypia was obviously a huge failure but the chairman and staff around were decent with a clear plan

[Football] Chris Hughton: 'It’s a good feeling to be the manager of a big club'

Given how we were told Hughton was in no rush for a job, would only take the right project etc - turning up at Forest seemed very odd given how much of a basket case club they are. Wish him all the best though but I don’t think he’ll be there much longer given he’s had a full season of games...

[Football] Chris Hughton: 'It’s a good feeling to be the manager of a big club'

Given where he picked Forest up from - this season is about staying in the league and finishing high as possible. Hopefully Hughton is backed in the summer with a plan to replace the ageing, big earners (not Murray, lolz) and revitalise the squad. Hope he gets time though
