We sign players to play for us. We sometimes sell players for a vast profit. Pascal on the pitch is worth far more to us than the £3 million we might get if we sell him now. If it was about cashing in ASAP we'd be better off bulldozing the AMEX and selling the site for flats.

Yes. Yes he is. And there's the rub. I think we have decent players. We have some superstars missing. And the knock on effect could be (hypothesis) that the effectiveness drops across the piece. You can't spray passes if the receivers are not quite where they should be. It is what it is :thumbsup:
