Yes, loads of coverage and governmental attention which has lead to action. Not enough for many people but action none the less. I'll take that as a no they don't do anything out of the ordinary to save the planet. Which gets back to my original point ... a nice day off school and virtue...

Assuming they are entirely representative of most of the younger generation and wider population... they do as little as possible. If this isn't the case feel free to tell me what specific sacrifices they make to save the planet. Climate change already receives huge amounts of press coverage...

I see social media virtue signalling isn't a preserve of younger generations. Yes, I'm a tad cynical of this particular event but not contemptuous of younger generations being idealistic or concerned about particular causes .. it was ever thus.
