Decent performance against potentially the best side in the league. The ref gave them everything, it was embarrassing when he didn't give a blatant foul on Propper in the 2nd half.

Harsh comments. We're defending deep and conceding possession, we don't have the ball enough for Gross to look good as he's doing a defensive job most of the time and Murray was isolated up font on his own.

You can't put your hands on him like that in the area. It's soft but we know the refs give them for salah, so don't do it

So far the players have executed the game plan perfectly. They haven't looked like carving is open at all.

Linos giving them everything, thought Locadia was onside despite what the commentators are saying.

Good play from Locadia again. He turned, looked up and switched it when it was easier to keep the ball with a short backwards pass. Giving up possession is obviously the tactic, we shouldn't get too hung up on those stats.

No because Alexander-Arnold is injured, but they're still Scousers.

Agree with this and others who said the same. If we start Murray it will mean 70 minutes of deep defending and brown trousers, then bring on the quick fellas for the last 20 once the Scousers have forgotten they're in a football match and dropped their guard.
