What's the format of the competition? It looks like Argentina won their group, so are they playing Uruguay as a semi-final, or is it now a group consisting of the winners and runners up of both groups?

edit: I see everybody has already responded with the same Currently with the Argie U23's

So Is it the case that he needs to come back during the window for him to be eligible to play for us this season? or could we play him if he were to come back at the end of the Argentine season?
