Yes I do, as I made clear in my opening post. The mindset, when selecting that option, is that you are choosing to abandon the club's original given name or at least the club's name you have grown up with. You would be just as attached to that, whatever it might be, as you are to "The Albion".

Looking at the poll results I'm surprised to see the greatest number of votes are for a name change from the original to City (25%). I didn't realise there would be that high a level of support in favour of the club abandoning its traditional roots and rebranding itself.

Brighton and Hove Pavilion would be more appropriate.

If we had never been called Albion which alternative would you rather we be called...Brighton and Hove United, Brighton and Hove Rovers etc.... I haven't included "Citeh" as that would have required a recent name change which would have raised objections amongst the majority of fans.... On...
