Brought himself all the way back to fitness and he was probably hoping for a new contract so must be both gutted and not surprised. But you can understand the clubs reluctance to take the risk. Do hope he gets a contract somewhere else with a decent club as he still has a few good years left.

Wasn't he back in training recently? Had another set back or as Stat says, supposed to be the end of the year.
