    Ikea were part of a larger development and had bought the land from the developers. The development is the reason for the changed road system. The development is still going ahead so will the road changes.

    That's a separate thing. Yes the training ground has works going on. But also the rest of Monks Farm has ground works going on to prepare it for the houses, school and shops. You can see the new development preparations from the A27.

    This is what I'm anticipating with the Monks Farm development proposals: the development will actually sort a lot of the traffic problems along there out.
