    So say you have a beer right now. 1 beer. Call it a 4%, can you now tell me the earliest you can drive with your result being 0%? Say your phone rings at 11pm tonight and you need to head out to collect someone, are you ok to drive?

    The breathaliser to start your car always seemed like a good idea. Yeah you could get a sober person to do it for you but frankly if that sober person is then willing to let you drive then they are also an idiot.

    The issue with 0% is you then get into the murky area where people will COMPLETELY innocently get in their car hours and hours after 1 pint and still register the SMALLEST of %'s ....and get nicked for it. You need leeway on a law like this otherwise it is unsustainable in real life...
