    [Albion] West Ham travel

Parked at the O2, clapped the players off, back in Burgess Hill by 23.45 (stopped to get a drink on the way home too). Lovely stuff.

Apparently (I've got a WHU ST holder colleague) it's a long walk due to the 'crowd control measures' particularly for away fans but the queues move quickly so shouldn't be too bad........I guess having three lines running through Stratford means dispersal is quite quick

Good point.....although may not be a lot better.......

    [Albion] West Ham travel

Having chatted to a few locals I'm going to park at the O2 and get the tube across - it's only 3 stops and the journey back home will be far quicker from South of the river. Apparently getting away from Westfield after a game is awful due to road closures etc.

So leaving at 5 ? Quite possibly not on a Friday. Could easily be 2 hours or more to the Dartford tunnel alone (before you hit the queue to go through it).

Make sure you have a good wash afterwards [emoji23][emoji23] All the options have potential problems I guess.....if I get away quickly and connections work well it’ll be around midnight at the earliest when I get home by train but I reckon there’s a decent chance I can beat this in the car at...

    [Albion] West Ham travel

Should be ok......WHU pal told me it can take 45-60 mins to get on to the tube after a game - then it's either Central Line to Oxford Circus, or the Jubilee line to Westminster or Green Park then change for a Victoria-bound tube which is another 30 mins or so in total (Central Line probably...

    [Albion] West Ham travel

Potentially an option but still then have the arse of getting onto the tube after the game which parking in/near Stratford avoids....it's an easier drive home from there though. No big O2 events on the day by the look of things so non-event parking rates apply...

    [Albion] West Ham travel

Westfield is surprisingly only £6.50 all day, and you can get it even cheaper if you pre-register (added advantage you don't have to bother with tokens, it's automatically debited to your card) - see 'smart parking' in this link...

    [Albion] West Ham travel

Probably going to drive up to this one as working fairly nearby so can park all day (probably at Westfield), and hearing (from WHU ST holders) that getting to the station after is a colossal pain for away fans with the crown control measures in place, and train service from London Bridge being...
