Worcs are going to win, which changes everything for us. An additional 3 points for the draw isn't much use any more, we probably need an unlikely win. Our best chance appears to be to get to 150-160 runs ahead and force Northants into a T20 style run chase in the final two hours after a rain...
Good lord, I hadn't thought of that. At 4pm yesterday, it was looking like they'd go another 20 odd points ahead of us and end our season. Now thanks to a FINE Sussex rearguard and the great British weather, that Worcester advantage might only be a handful of points.
Record 9th wicket stand for Sussex v Northants. :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:
And Albion Robster, no rain expected today until 6pm, and they will be on and off all day tomorrow.
Hero of the Glamorgan win, Ollie Robinson, steps up. Three dreamy fours in his first four balls and we are already on the way to saving the game. Well played Ollie. Easy easy runs.
