I disagree. As I've said in other threads, Ulloa was £8m 3 years ago. Strikers haven't gone up that much. Not really. We've been trying and failing to get more strikers in each of the last 3 windows, so it's not like we didn't know it was difficult. This really is unacceptably bad.
