Ah, my apologies. Have you tried going to "My Account" -> "Personal Info and Privacy" --> scroll down to "Email" --> amend your associated email address as required? Again, that may not be what you're looking for, but it is my interpretation of your OP.

Go to the Google homepage. Top-right corner, click on your avatar thingy. Try signing out, then logging back in under your preferred account.
