I'm happy to take a wait and see approach and as I say if they do try to work to the 'letter of the law' the backlash will be immense!     Thanks for this useful extra info. My reading of this is that they plan to enforce the rules in a small number of occasions when they see 'abuse'. I don't think they are Looking to come down on people who pass tickets because they can't make a home or away game, turn up and behave themselves...
