No-one, since 88/89 when the 24 league was formed. In fact only 5 teams have amassed 60+ points on game 27 since then: West Ham 1991 - 60 - Finished 2nd, 5 points clear. Newcastle 1993 - 61 - Won by 8 points Fulham 2001 - 67 - Won by 10 points Reading 2006 - 66 - Won by 16 points Leicester 2014...- Albumen

Bit difficult to compare before the 24 team league, but its true from the 88/89 season. Last year was a bit of a freak as Hull (2nd) lost 15 points to Burnley from game 28 to game 46, and ended up 4th, so let's not all go sucking each others dicks just yet.- Albumen
