Thanks I am glad somebody understood my point. I would think the FL would have somebody working this morning to check any movements. Not that it affects us but it does Sheff Wed who have signed McManaman from West Brom on loan.
My head is aching from this question irrespective of who the signing may be would they be eligible to play against Fulham. Forget whose place they could or would take as that is totally immaterial would they be eligible to play. What is the rule?
If it was agreed with the selling club or he was a free agent he could have had a weeks training with us pre Christmas or since our last game with QPR.
If signed just after midnight tonight would the player be eligible for the game at Fulham that is assuming the FL office has somebody working tomorrow on e mails or faxes.
According to BBC Sport Berbatov wants to return to England for 1 last season. Could he do a BZ for us? He says he thinks he could still cut it in The Premier. Carlos Tevez signed for Gus in a £40m deal including £310 k per week wages,
My point is that because we cant give him away do we nit bring somebody else in or do we just let him rot in the U23s and write him off or do we continue with him and hope.
I would think Nugent is more realistic than Hogan or Wells simply because there is no guarantee that either could survive in The Premier and would be double the price of Nugent. to do the same job get us promoted.
I agree about Ulloa but the rest can all play off the shoulder of a big man which Hemed doesnt do so he is the cover for Murray and all of the other 3 are cover for SB as the 2nd striker.
