Out of interest, have we ever had a home Championship game shifted from Saturday 3pm to lunchtime or teatime on Saturday for Sky coverage? Or have they always been shifted to Friday/Monday nights (it seems as if most have)? I seem to recall reading somewhere in the past (I can't find the link)...

That is true, especially when the club has so many 'captive' STHs and so the only offset to the Sky income is the loss of a limited amount of match day ticket revenue from non-STHs who may have come to watch the game and some lost food and beverage sales from both those fans and no-show STHs...
