Wage bill upwards of £20 million PA. 2013 which is the year I made my estimate from. It could be higher now. 25 players @ £10K pw = £13 m so there is a shortfall. £13K pw x 25 = £16.9 m. It might be nearer the higher figure?

I expect the basic maximum is at £13K or lower probably £11k pw + massive promotion bonuses.
