If your game plan is all about playing with wingers, two things that are important are: 1. Being a threat on both flanks. 2. Good link-up play with the fullback.

I couldn't even name the first choice LB of every club in the championship, let alone the second choice, the RB who can play LB, the CB who play LB, the left-winger who can play there and the youth team LB.

I like BG, at least me and him both agree Calderon isn't good enough.

The last two games (wins) Murphy has played much better - a result of playing in front of Ridgewell instead of Calderon. We lose a lot of our effectiveness when we have limited threat down the left, Hull could double up on knocky then we'd be toothless.

I'm not suggesting switching Goldson to RB, I'm suggesting getting a RB in on loan to play at LB.

Would be preferable, even a right-footed one would be better than our 4th choice right back playing there.

There must be a RB available at least.
