I owe you an apology - just checked the FA Handbook, and you are correct. Up to last season the deadline was the same for all leagues - 31 December.

The deadline is the end of the year, not November 30.

That can be the only possible explanation. I record all stats related to games, and because some sources didn't show Greer as being booked against Cardiff, but some did, I re-watched the video (the entire 90 minutes are on the Cardiff player site). The referee definitely shows the yellow card to...
