A New York Winters Tale despite an A list cast is truly, truly one of the worst, if not THE worst film I've ever seen. I can't describe it. Look out for Will Smith playing Lucifer, my heavens, it's all just utterly terrible.
Brooklyn Rules on iplayer yesterday. A total Goodfellas/Once upon a time in America wannabe rip off. Even Alec Baldwin couldn't save this uneventful, rambling piece of crap.
The Room. That's what I was thinking of earlier. A film so badly acted, produced and directed that you can regularly find late night cinema screenings of it on as people love watching how awful it is.
Generally regarded as the worst film ever made that takes itself seriously, do yourself a...
Wind talkers is crap. Saw it at the flicks. Nicholas Cage has made some stinkers in the last 15 years. The remake of Bad Leutenant is atrocious. As is the remake of The Wicker Man which truly has to go down as one of the worst films ever made. Just terrible.
I can well believe Spielberg would have sentimentalised it. God, I feel like that Fast Show character who changes his mind whenever someone puts another opinion forward!
I think both sides are right, Kubrick would never direct a sentimental film, I believe it was handed over in 95 but...
It is hard to believe Kubrick would make a film like AI but that is why he handed it over to Spielberg. From the bits I've read about the film it was Kubrick's input that made it sentimental. Spielberg is overly sentimental but in this one it's not down to him. Although it's right up his straza.
I bought a film for 3 quid from HMV having never seen it before called He Was A Quiet Man with Christian Slater. A very odd mix between Office Space and Fight Club. It had an imaginary, animated talking fish in it and it was absolutely terrible in EVERY way. Just awful.
Who thought the public would ever buy the idea of cinema's nothing man, Labeuf, ever being able to step into the Indy role? Utter crap from start to end.
The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is bad and doubly bad as it came after such an amazing trilogy. It's so awful it even added a phrase to movie lore, "to nuke the fridge", same as "jump the shark" from Happy Days when the Fonz water skied over a shark, it's the point when a film loses all...
Stallone's Judge Dredd film is the only film I have ever walked out of. The plot makes no sense, it's got too much slapstick in it with that boggle eyed guy and it threw away the source material and instead went for some weird cloning back story. An odd mess.
Some of those 90's police films and sequels were dire.
Another Steakout
Beverly Hills Cop 3
I saw The Mean Machine and rated that one of worst films I've seen.
Anything the Wayans Brothers churn out. Scary Movie etc. woefully unfunny .
I urge you to watch the Trailer on YouTube for horror film Creepozoids. Hands down the most unintentionally dire The Thing/Alien rip off. Awful, awful film.
Isn't there some film called something like Behind The Red Door which is generally regarded as the worst film ever made. I saw some of it...
