I'm genuinely surprised that dogs are allowed on public beaches & in particular not on a leash! Over here dogs are only allowed on beaches during winter months [end of Oct - March]. Liable to a 300 euro fine [the owner that is!], if transgressed.

Almost as good as the thread a few months back......'can I put our dead dog in a recycling bin' one.
