One to sit down cast to a big screen and enjoy.
First impressions from the introduction is that this is going to be focussed on the presenters, which is not the case. It shows you around the Burning Sky operation in Firle. Beautiful setting and an insight into a brewer driven by perfection...
Details for the pending beer shop in Worthing.

Worth checking a few farm shops as well, specifically Middle Farm if you haven't done so already.
I was going to recommend something from Baseline Brewery in Small Dole, but sadly they have bucked another trend and stopped brewing.
Goldmark and Kissingate offer particularly good milds
Firebird is worth a look if there has been an outbreak of facial hair in the Cuckfield region.

Enjoyed this post on a Brighton Pub crawl. Sums it up nicely for me. Plenty of people seem to be able to get along well with the best of the new stuff and the classics. Just a few Harveys haters and "trendsetters" on here who need to chill out and...
Correct this is the wrong thread, however let me give you some feedback (with tongue firmly placed in cheek)
1 You are certainly on the right track with a bespoke build out, however there are some clear branding opportunities, with that great swathe of stainless steel. Also please consider...
The Seven Stars is the latest Brighton haunt to come over all crafty. A lighter more modern look for this notable historic venue, along with food to come shortly from the little blue smokehouse. Tried a pint of the Bison Seaside, which is a decent hoppy summer beer. Interesting selection of gin...
For me it is something that just gets lost in translation. A glass of Kolsh from the barrel in PJ Fruh, is something quite special, the same beer in a bottle, seems to lack any defining character. A quick scan of google images will show that this style does not necessarily lack carbonation. I...
Not one I would normally even bother trying to be honest, a Belgian Blond doesn't exactly inspire. Same goes for Black IPA, what and why definitely come before, can I have one of those please.
This should provoke a few comments. http://www.worldbeerawards.com/2014/
Some notable wins for Brewdog, Thornbridge and Harveys, either at global or European level. I did find it strange that Thornbridge won best Kolsh, but maybe I just missed the announcement that they had opened a brewery in...
Add Chandos Trafalgar Square to the list of Sam Smith's pubs in London. There is of course a well known Sussex brewery that also delivers beer via horse and dray.
Seems like a wild generalisation to me, but then I rarely drink beer straight from the fridge, with the exception of Weissbier. Probably okay for the two lagers, but the other three would surely benefit from being a little warmer. I would suggest to take them out of the fridge for 10-15 minutes...
Spent last week in the Lake District and made a couple of visits to the Hawkshead Brewery http://www.hawksheadbrewery.co.uk/, where I worked my way through 8 of their beers, along with copious amounts of food. They are set up on an industrial estate, which makes this a strange tourist...
I am just trying to get my head around a one off cucumber and mint saison. I reckon they must have tried about 50 variations and had to chuck 49 away for tasting foul. Having found one that worked I bet no one could actually remember how they had made it. I have yet to try the Wandering Goose...
Brodies Brodenbach Grand Cru - had to drink a second pint to decide if I really liked it. Starts like a Belgian Geuze , all sour notes and ends like a mouthful of iron filings. Not sure I am selling this well, but the first Brodies beer I have really enjoyed.
