The tone of that article is that he has taken 250 or so words to grizzle about a tiny minority of Albion fans before finally qualifying it with 'the majority are level-headed'. It has to be seen for what it is - a whine about whining.

Some - not all - of the complaints are valid. It's the language used that grates. 'Shambles' seems to be the operative word, and a marvellous use of hyperbole in this instance.
