I did raise the garlic issue JB, but let's face it - everything does well with garlic in/on it Yes, even strawberry jam, or chocolate ice-cream. post-script edit; gravy granules don't do as well with jam or ice-cream. Just thought you should all know.

Do something right for yourself now Chappers. Although cheesie mash is EXCWUISIT, just skip this whole ordeal and go straight to the essence. Fry an egg, and then fold it carelessly into the mash. Now that's GOOD EATIN' ! :drool:

The mashed 'taters have to be moulded into a reservoir for the gravy. Problem solved. OTHER than with bangers, I recommend a dab of mayonnaise with mashed, especially if it's garlic mayo. When you want to be flash, saffron with the mashed spud. :thumbsup:
