Second best thing today apart from the win: Looking at a team full of proven Premier League players and forgetting that this was mostly a reserve side.
Homophobic chanting is despicable.
That said, I do appreciate the irony when some knuckledraggers sing '[Player X] takes it up the arse' to the tune of a Village People song popularised by the Pet Shop Boys.
Not true - all of the BBC staff in W12 are based in Broadcast Centre now, still on the White City site but with a much-reduced footprint.
I wonder if QPR missed a trick when BBC Woodlands was sold (immediately to the north of the Westway). It may have come up for sale (2005ish?) before they got...
I wish them luck. Used to work at the BBC buildings up the road and occasionally played football at the Linford Christie stadium, and it is indeed a shithole in dire need of development.
It's important they leave Wormwood Scrubs alone though, it's a fantastic open space and the local community...
So, erm, this didn't happen. Sorry.
Happy to hand over a template of the spreadsheet to whoever wants it (or can improve on it) for the new season, but I won't have time to do it myself.
Hi all, just a quick note to apologise for lack of updates to this recently - typical this happens during our best run of the season. I probably won't get the chance to catch right up for a while as I'm in the process of moving out of the UK. Hope to be caught up in early April.
Sorry for irregular updates at the mo. Life getting in the way a bit.
Still, I'm up to date now. MOMs for the last four matches:
v West Brom (a) - Sam Baldock 5.98 - the first MOM to go to a sub, and also the lowest MOM score this season
v Chelsea (h) - Ezequiel Schelotto 8.20
v Southampton...
