I agree entirely, you don't become a succesful club changing managers every time you lose. Alex Ferguson was awful at the beginning of his rein and it's happening to his successor's too. Patience and backing from the supporters is what Sammi and the team needs now!

It's got to be IN. He will turn it around if he reverts to a standard formation that the player's understand, and he is big enough and brave enough to put his hands up and say his system isn't working and will try to implement it over the summer next year once he is established. But for now...
