I am now disabled and cannot realistically attend matches so I try, whenever possible, to follow games/our progress on terrestial TV ( whenever :( ) OR ( Seagulls TV :)).

He has almost certainly been planning for RdZ replacement since before he ever appointed him. There is nothing, at this time, to suggest that RdZ will be leaving anytime soon (hopefully not) but (for sure)...

That is a statistic which, presumably suggests substantial period(s) on the side lines ( injured or sick ), and concerns me not just a little.
