Was holding fire on calling the ticket office, and I finally got my ticket in today's late post. Relieved I don't have to queue up to get it sorted tomorrow. :D

Good to see its not just me who's waiting for their ticket. I'll hold back to see if it's in today's post if they just sent out a batch. Being able to get a replacement at the ground is a relief although I haven't had to do that before so it shouldn't come to that hopefully.

Every match in the tournament is in HD. The second match on ITV is on ITV4 HD, and on BBC its the BBC HD channel.
