Has the BBC's Albion Unlimited podcast stopped downloading for everyone else?
I happened to notice this tweet and response the other day:-
Apparently, therefore, we are up to S7 Ep29 of the podcast, but when I checked my Podcasts app (on iPhone) the latest episode showing is only Ep25...
There was no such player around that time.
Ashley Barnes joined us on loan the following season and 2008-09 was Jake Robinson's last season, but no Ashley Robinson.
The club has frequently, and repeatedly, stated that the manager has the final say on ANY first team signing.
You're now trying to tell me that the club is forcing players on RDZ he doesn't want. Yep, that sounds like it is true.
So, out of interest ..... which clubs do you think will be knocking down Albion's door, demanding to buy players (and pay them more than they are on at Albion) that are now generally deemed not good enough for Albion?
You gotta love these threads. Of all the players mentioned, only Lallana and Milner are out of contract this summer (Albion have an option on Milner).
Are we just going to make these other players disappear?
After doing a bit of research (looking at photos posted by OGC Nice and a handful on the Albion X thread, plus the reported Albion line-up on the Monaco website) - it looks like we took a squad of at least 28 players on this trip.
No sign of Odel Offiah, Samy Chouchane, Cam Peupion, Mark...
I ABSOLUTELY wanted Palace to smash Chelsea the other week when they played.
I do consider Palace our rivals, and I enjoy laughing at them when the opportunity presents itself (which has been quite frequently in recent times) but I don't HATE Palace. However, I'm not sure I can say the same...

It was, indeed, the flukiest goal in the history of goals (although it was the equaliser in the 81st minute - Ayoze Perez scored a "normal" winner in the 89th minute):-
As per this article on the official website, an Albion U-21 group is visiting the South of France to play friendlies against OGC NIce and Monaco today and tomorrow.
In the match today at the OGC Nice training ground, Nice led 2-0 but three goals in six minutes saw Albion take the lead. The...
Marc Leonard was named the Northampton Town Players' Player of the Season, and the Supporters' Player of the Season (with 80% of the vote) at the Cobblers' awards evening yesterday -
MARC LEONARD NAMED INTOWN AUTOMOTIVE PLAYER OF THE SEASON AT SUNDAY'S AWARDS DINNER
The article mentions that eventually his wife and an adult son and daughter will join him there. Not sure if that means Cian, who spent a number of years in Albion's academy but wasn't offered a scholarship for this season.
The Australian U-23s could only draw 0-0 with hosts Qatar yesterday meaning they failed to progress from their group (in fact they failed to score a goal in their three matches).
Hall was unused on the bench again so didn't see a minute of playing time in the three matches.
