    [Albion] Premier League 27-28/4/24

Each to their own but clear foul for me, goal correctly disallowed.

Yeah defenders do it all the time, but the ref misses them, and they don’t always lead to a goal so VAR can’t then get involved. This led to a goal, so absolutely one for VAR to get involved in.

So pushing someone in the back is okay? This wasn’t a shoulder to shoulder thing, literally pushed him away from the ball.

Soft, but still a foul. You cant just push someone in the back to stop them getting ball.

    [Albion] Premier League 27-28/4/24

Yeah I’m with you. An intentional push in the back of the defender to move him out from under the ball as it comes down. It’s a foul. Poch on sky was just saying you see this action all the time and fouls aren’t usually given, which I think would be fair to say if it was a shoulder to shoulder...

[Albion] Deniz Undav - season long loan to Stuttgart confirmed

Was just reading a few articles that think the fee, if they completed the deal, would be at least €20m but could have risen further with recent goals.

Where Seagulls Fly - Johnny Wakelin

Seeing the Everton game and hearing a few of the songs they play pre and post match, it got me thinking about grounds that play more traditional old school football related songs and reminded me of this one for us... Should it be added to our matchday song list? I'd be up for seeing how it...

Has there been any word on Solly? Seems to have gone very quiet on his recovery.

It’s good that he recognises this but hard to blame him in picking those players really, he had little choice.

Liverpool should be winning, strange attempt at a really good chance from Gravenberch there

    [Albion] Summer clear out

Personally I think Bart is closer than you give him credit for. He's been getting better every game, and put in some really solid performances recently. I would agree to getting an experienced keeper in to help him, but let Bart play every remaining game, give him another pre-season, and he'll...

    [Albion] Summer clear out

6 years difference though. Inflation. £15m 6 years ago is a similar investment to £23m now for us. I would say expectation on the two is pretty identical.

    [Albion] Summer clear out

Gilmour has been our best centre mid this season. Yes we should be investing some quality in that position, but Gilmour will definitely be here next season at least as first back up to whoever we bring in. Bart is young, room for improvement, but is getting better game by game. We might bring in...

    [Albion] Summer clear out

Agree with most of that. But not sure I see Stuttgart stumping up the cash for Undav now. & would like us to have a proper look at Leonard in pre season.
