I don't know when the last one was but the new player collects ball from the cone rule means all of that tomfoolery with the crowd and ballboys will be a thing of the past. Boo Premier League boo!
He’s a glory hunting ****, but in this case I’m glad he picked Arsenal to support rather than his local team as the thought of him supporting us makes my skin crawl.
Convinced some dickhead who used to sit near me would smuggle a beer to the seats by pouring it into a tea cup or two and putting a lid on it. Haven’t seen him for a few seasons so can neither confirm or deny that the above is a long term workable solution.
You haven’t had to buy them twice as you’ve been refunded for the pro rata cost of the tickets.
Transferring tickets without the permission of the club is illegal under the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994. The club give you options on how they can be transferred with their...
Half and half scarves are up there, with VAR and those tiny shinpads worn mainly by people with the first name Jack, as the worse things about modern football.
Any half and half scarf that combines red and blue should never be purchased by any self respecting Brighton fan, ever! Give your heads...
Probably, but the Welbeck one was the worse of the lot. He was running into space, we probably wouldn't have scored but it's the kind of run where the play should be left to develop and the lino stuck his flag up far too quickly.
He isn’t on a placement year in the PL, he moved over here to take up a research position at John Moores University. He’s been a PL ref since 2021 and before that had been an EFL ref since 2018-19 season. He’s still f***ing awful tho.
You are doing Steele a huge disservice on what he contributed last season.
It was actually 7 wins ( he only started 15 games) they were West Ham (h), Palace (h), Bournemouth (a), Wolves (h), Man Utd (h), Arsenal (a) and Southampton (h).
We got 24 points in those 15 games, a PPG average of...
The inconsistency in offsides pissed me off too. Everytime we were offside the flag went up straight away, including one where Welbeck looked onside by quite some way. Everytime a City player was offside play was allowed to develop and then flagged when the move broke down.
We’ve only got 18 players in named Premier League squad (well technically it’s 20 but Rushworth and Dahoud can’t play). So chances are, possibly McGill aside, all fit players in the squad will be named tonight.
In fact by my count only 11 of the named squad are fit.
Just because we wouldn't pay that for one player doesn't mean we wouldn't pay it for another. We will have limits for each individual target where they no longer become value for money, depending on what we think the potential of the player is, their age etc.
I doubt we'd have got KDH for £40m...
Reading the season ticket T&Cs
For season ticket upgrades there is no mention of having to share this with Albion + members. These tickets can be shared with anyone (obviously the season ticket holder is ultimately responsible for that persons behaviour etc). The cost of doing this is the cost...
Villa has been moved because of their progress in the Conference League.
City had to be rearranged as it was due to be played on the FA Cup QF weekend. It was then further complicated by the fact that we didn't know if it was going to be moved again to Wednesday 24th (today) if City had...
