Does anyone else have this problem? Just can't help it, too hyped up after the game, win, lose or draw

I managed a full 4 hours last night. On about 8 pints which doesn't help.

Already at work for a 12 hour shift looking and feeling rough as ****..

Yes, Particularly bad last night as I spent the whole 90 minutes in a state of high anxiety. Then when I did manage to drift off I soon awoke with a jolt and images of their winner flooded back.

Games kicking off at 11:45pm over here doesn't help.

But the pre-match Tuesday night weekly quiz with Rob McCaffrey (ex SKY Sports) definitely helped.

Tonight, Big Ron's going to be in the bar, so time to find out his thoughts about the '83 Cup Final and whether he thinks we'll go up this season.

Yes it's a pain. The main issue is going to bed too late and it kicks on from there.

Not always, but essentially no sleep last night. Couldn't clear it from my head

When it's a win I can't sleep, when I do sleep it is a deep and rest full one. Even if i have only had a few hours I wake up in a great mood. When it's a defeat can normally get to sleep but always have a restless night and wake up feeling crap.

It must be horrendous for the players. All that adrenalin, caffeine that they are given and aching limbs. I imagine they have a similar thing to it not mattering after a win.

Yes. Dreadful. Not helped by that bloody 'On our way' song which is rattling around my head at 3am even on non-match nights.
