I’ve never heard of some of them, and there are others where I was aware of the name, but didn’t know they were chefs. Don‘t do cookery programmes on the TV.

I voted Rick Stein for his food ( his India and France offerings are outstanding), though I do find his personality a bit stunted... he looks, at times, as though he just wants to get finished and away from the great unwashed public.
PS: fave TV chef restaurant.... No 6 in Padstow.. Paul Ainsworth... been 4 times now, will go again soon.
