Albion U-21s travel to Kingsmeadow on Friday evening to face Chelsea in the Premier League 2 play-offs round of 16.

If the Seagulls are victorious they will face another away fixture at either Arsenal or Manchester United.

What is this a play off for? I thought the PL2 league had finished.

The League phase has finished, and according to Spurs own website they've been crowned League Champions. Now there is a play off involving the top 16 teams, what the winner gets I've got no idea.

The ground has a fairly complex history, but Kingstonian only started playing there in 1989. They lost the lease to the ground in October 2001 when they went into administration. The administrators sold both the club and the lease to one guy, who subsequently sold the lease to AFC Wimbledon (who had previously been tenants of Kingstonian at the ground). Kingstonian now became the tenant.

AFC Wimbledon subsequently sold the ground to Chelsea (agreed in 2015). There's lots of reasons to hate Chelsea but blaming them for throwing Kingstonian out of their own ground is probably taking it a bit far.

Well, they’re the ones not continuing with the tenancy agreement.

Surely you know the rules by now - we've done this often enough. No PL2 matches can be streamed when there is also a PL match (and Luton face Everton tonight).
