[Football] Premier League Table- Managers Ranked

*A discussion we were having at work today that I thought I would extend to NSC- aware that someone may say "bloody hell you moron, this has already been done" in which case feel free to ignore/bump elsewhere. *
What would the Premier League table look like if it were solely decided by the overall quality of each teams manager/head coach- tactics, style of play, all round aura and potential considered. Will be interested to see others perspectives

I'll start:
1. Manchester City- Pep
2. Liverpool- Klopp
3. Aston Villa- Emery
4. Arsenal- Arteta
5. Spurs- Big Ange
6. Brighton- RDZ
7. Bournemouth- Iraola
9. Newcastle- Howe
10. Chelsea- Poch
11. Palace- Glasner
12. Wolves- Oneill
13. West Ham- Moyes
14. Burnley- Kompany
14. Luton- Edwards
15. Man United- Ten Hag

Once deprived of unlimited budgets, knickers would the “elite” continue to dominate. About as likely as a Tory surviving in a council house.

They’ve been brought up to manage in an unequal world. Put them on a level footing and they’d turn into a platoon of pint-sized losers.

Pound for pound for pound (if every one had the same budget), imho Seven Hag and Wilder stand out to be as utterly inept. Joint bottom.

Because of the anti Glazer propaganda, I doubt many realise that the Manure spending is on a par with City and the Chavs. Seven Hag’s crap.

Kompany next worst.

I rate Klopp above Guardiola on the basis that he's had success at clubs that aren't clearly the best/richest in the league, including a lengthy stint at Mainz starting (and finishing admittedly) in whatever the German 2nd tier is called.
I'd also rate Dyche significantly higher than the first two posters.

Sort of lost interest as soon as I tried to apply any more thought to it. I doubt many of them make a huge amount of difference, although there's probably an element of that F1 thing where the best drivers win all the time because they have the best cars but if they weren't the best drivers they wouldn't have the best cars.

On the other hand, the skills involved in squeezing the absolute best out of a squad of the best talent are simply not the same as the skills involved in managing a team at the bottom end of the table or lower down the pyramid.

Ferguson (Taggart) once said something along the lines of its 90% the quality of players to hand, 10% the manager. Seems obvious.

Chelsea, City, Manure, PSG, Bayern in their environments have for an age had a budget far in excess of everyone else’s. Other managers that upset those odds to win proper silverware stand out.

If the various coaches stayed in place, either of my long dead grandmothers could have managed that Man City squad to finish in the top 3.

And he's one of the managers I'd put up there as actually making a difference. I reckon most of them it's probably more like 95% / 5%.

I wonder how Guardiola or Arteta would fare at a mid point club like Bmuff restricted to their budget? Arteta has lucked out with the first Arse board who’ve spent vast sums, £200m per season. Until now Kroenke was hated for balancing the books.

Just my own opinion, and as with anything subjective whilst there is room for debate there's no definite right & wrong. Ultimately to be a premier league manager in the first instance one would expect there's a general requirement to be of a certain standard.

Regarding Frank, admittedly I haven't watched Brentford week in, week out (obviously). Those times I have seen them play this season (including our game not long ago) they have been very poor, opting for the 11 men behind the ball and lump it forward approach.
