He's literally been clocked as something like the fourth fastest player in the Premier League this season.

He is also big, strong and competitive and can head a ball. His shots at goal may not have gone in but most are reasonable efforts and I am happy to see him have a go, beats trying to walk the ball into the net imo. Coming back from a bad injury into a team that are totally devoid of confidence he has looked OK to me, possibly our best player against Burnley too.

I don’t get the hate for him, give him time to get up to speed, I wouldn’t want us to offload him. Remember how long it took Solly to look good again after his last long layoff.

I'm not aware of this stat but come on have you EVER seen him take anyone on? Nope neither have I. He doesn't have the skill set. If he is that fast, he isn't able to use it. Our team consists of two centre backs, Veltman, a crocked Pervis, Wee Billy and two walking footballers in Lalanna and Pascal not to mention Milner. We have some pace but apart from that we are very slow across the team.

he was marking KDB yesterday - did alright at that. Probably no need to show him the door yet.
Very much this. Man marking KDB is a thankless task where you are almost set up to fail. He played as well, if not better than most against citeh. For much of the game he played between Steele and the CB’s, so obviously doing what he was told.

Yes a number of times when potter played him out wide. He is fast but against citeh he was man marking KDB so wasn’t going on any charging runs. Slagging someone for not going past people when that wasn’t his job is pointless.

He was man marking KDB was he? Fast is he? Then what the hell is he playing at allowing him a free header and to run 60 yards with the ball unopposed more than once. Welbeck was the only one chasing him on one occasion (he'll probably be out tomorrow as a result).

Moder has NEVER taken anyone on. Any footage anyone? I remember he dummied it past someone for Poland but that's not really the same (let the ball do the work)
He has NEVER assisted a goal.
HE has NEVER a goal.

As I said, he's a good footballer. He's tall and can get around the pitch but imo, he doesn't make us better and we need to move him on. He is neither a deep lying midfielder or one to get into 'little pockets' as the pundits say. Maybe a manager will get a position for him but I've seen no evidence so far.

But apart from that what is it about him?

3 assists for goals in the season he was injured. It’s not difficult to find, any of the stats sites have it. From memory all three were from beating the full back and putting a cross in.

As said previously man marking KDB is a thankless task but one he gave a really good go at considering it’s not his normal role. If you want to have a dig I suggest that you aim that at RdZ.
