lacklustre performances, a manager who seems to have lost his mojo.

Just remember we are playing the current and probably to be again Domestic & European Champions.

I’m certainly disappointed at capitulating so easily, albeit against undeniably superior opposition.

Having said that, you’re absolutely right that this wasn’t a match we should have any expectation of winning.

No meltdown here, but I just want this season to end, I want our young players to get another pre-season under their belt, and honestly I’m hoping Lallana and Milner accept coaching roles.

Yes.

But a lot of what you say is why there’s discontent.

We’ve been guilty of the same mistakes against lesser opposition. I guess that’s what’s killing us all.
