Smart business by Palace. I reckon he would have been on our short list should RDZ move on

On the 5Live preview they commented that since Glasner joined them, only Sheffield United had earned fewer points than Palace.

It was at that point I knew they were going to beat Liverpool.

Was a great goal to be fair.
Makes you wonder why we didn`t go for Wharton, Eze or Olise.
Smart business by Palace.
We had Caciedo and Mwepu who I think with Alexis or now Billy would have been much better than that 3. Carlos Baleba is a rough diamond that will improve next season. Will Palace keep either of Olise or Eze or even both?

Having failed to secure their usual upset of Man City, Palace simply shifted sights towards Liverpool. Klopp is right the scousers do not deserve to win the league after embarrassing themselves like that on Sunday.

Great goal but how they got three points out of that game I will never know.
Maybe Europa League football is affecting Liverpool's performance.
Not that we know anything about that 🤔

I saw references to how quiet Anfield was but Jesus Christ it was almost silent. Where were the Always Ultras? Or is Liverpool too scary for them?

Good goal mind.

Fair point re maybe not needed a year or two ago and possibly Olise or Eze could be off.

Wharton was the main one for me this season, he seems to have slotted into Palaces midfield seamlessly and no doubt could have been a great buy for us.
I think there was some paper talk about us being interested.
Now all they need to do is replace Hughes and that's one hell of a midfield.

If THIS is the bad days, we are still having a very, very good time overall.
Of course, yes.

My glass is still well over half full.

I hadn’t seen that goal until this morning and I thought it looked very much like a peak De Zerbi Albion goal. There’s a fluency to the passing and movement that has been lacking in our play of late.
