Deluded, stupid or simply jealous? Who knows. What we do know is, when it comes to being well run whether recruitment or on and off the field matters, Brighton are in a different league to Everton.

Look at their pre season signings for this current season. Ashley Young ffs. Such an Everton signing.

As I understand his comments, the implication of saying that we've done nothing special(i.e basic practice - good people in key positions) is that every other club hasn't even been able to do that. Or in other words, we might only be competently run but all the others can't even say that, including his own stints.
