Does anyone else think we have too many coaches...?

We could do with off loading some of them , including the interpreter. Why is de Zerbi is struggling so much with our language after being here almost 24/7, talking everyday to the players for the last 18 months ?

I haven't heard much improvement in his English for the last few months.
If we have a dead ball coach he wants moving on. Corners , free kicks etc a complete waste of getting excited.

I don’t want to hear about us missing March or Mitoma.

Such a shit fizzle out of a season, we have the quality to steamroller Burnley, particularly in the second half when it was wide open

Why is it that non of us players want to move and make space for a pass or something else to run in it. Have they been told not to?

So frustrating, feels like the season ended 4 weeks ago

Bollocks!!
You can go back more than 4 weeks. We’ve been so poor for 6 months.

March is a massive loss who isn't spoken about as much as he should re the injuries.
Pre injury was probably our moat consistent player and a constant threat.
Having him back will be huge- we just don't have a right side at the moment. Barely a left but absolutely no right.
Yes. Adingra is a useful backup but overhyped (not by NSC)since AFCON,and not in the same class as March, not right now anyhow.

I think I want a coach who has a bit of flexibility.
I'm not sure I like this dogmatic, my way or the highway approach. Might work at the biggest clubs but its not sustainable at a club like ours. There's been games recently where we just haven't been set up properly and a more pragmatic but flexible approach would likely have resulted in better results.
I love RDZ, his passion, the way he's increased the clubs profile externally and belief internally, but I do think we might be better off with someone a little less nuts.

Probably spending his evenings at Berlitz learning German.

Very poor again. Not sure it should be RDZ's decision if he stays! He should be grateful if TB keeps him!
I would love to know what’s going on in Uncle Tony’s head. There’s obviously been much talk of RDZ feeling he’s not been supported as much as he’d like in terms of squad development but it’s possible Bloom is looking on and thinking he’s getting a poor return on his investment.

I don’t reckon he actually is but it would be a feasible viewpoint given the way this season has fallen off a cliff since we were knocked out of the FA Cup. I can’t help but recall Hughton being shown the door once the season was done. We've never been close to the drop zone but current form is in that neck of the woods.

Hopefully nothing that a meeting of minds, some squad restructuring and a summer reset can’t fix. Tony has built strong foundations based on stability rather than issuing the perennial heave ho!

But I don’t think he is being particularly dogmatic at the moment. In fact I would say it’s the opposite. We have no identity or direction currently, we’re rudderless, just drifting from game to game with no obvious plan or decent passages of play.

Can’t see where the next 3 points is coming from, the creativity has been ripped out of the team by injuries and half fit players

A poor performance all round today. We are still making chances though but such weak shots almost straight at the keeper. We had 8 shots on target and not one looked like beating the keeper.
Maybe They're scared.

The Burnley Keeper looked like Mitrovics' unhinged little brother.

until he equalised 😂

Yeah I get what you're saying.
I think I mean dogmatic in the sense that he is so tied to one idea he literally doesn't know what he's doing right now. He doesn't have the players to play his style of football so he's kinda gone into paralysis.
Whereas some managers would be "who's fit, where do they play, what's the best tactic for these players", fire them up, send them out. I'm certain we'd be getting better results right now with most managers in the league.

We are still top10 with 10 injured players!
